ABOUT

The Friends of Richton Park Foundation was founded in 2018. The 501(c)3 non-profit organization is governed by an eight-person board that works to support the Village of Richton Park in developing a safe, healthier, more prosperous future for youth, seniors, and others to grow and thrive in a dynamic community.

The foundation works to support and provide:

  • Scholarships for higher education

  • Quality youth programming and events

  • Support for the Rich Township Food Pantry

Each year we administer the Bill Fleming Scholarship, which was first awarded in 1998. The mission of this scholarship initiative is to reward Richton Park students who exhibit academic achievement and desire, with exceptional character.

We raise funds in a variety of ways, including support of the President’s Golf Outing, as well as fundraising events.
